Returns

Our products are for research use only. They must meet strict quality standards. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns once an order ships and delivers. This policy helps maintain product integrity. It also prevents contamination or misuse.

However, we make exceptions for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. If your order arrives with any of these issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, please provide:

Refunds and Replacements

Order Cancellations
